Allow to stand a few minutes to let the mixture firm up a little. 4Roll into balls, flatten between your palms, and place on baking trays. 5Place a blanched almond on top of each biscuit and press it in a little. 6Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180C. 7Remove to wire rack to cool.
