1Combine butter, chocolate and sugar in a small saucepan and heat, stirring throughout, over a gentle heat until well mixed and melted together. Add cream and vanilla and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and serve over vanilla ice cream. Keeps well in the fridge for a week or so, covered.


50g butter

50g dark chocolate

1 cup brown sugar

100ml cream

½ tsp vanilla
