Maple Syrup Muffins

These are a bit expensive to make (because of the maple syrup) but they are nice!
- Prep: 10 mins
- Cook: 20 mins
1Lightly oil a muffin tray and preheat oven to 210C.
2Mix melted butter, water, maple syrup and eggs together.
3Add flour and Baking Powder and mix. The mix will be sloppy – it should be!
4Fill muffin tins nearly to the top, and bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
