Marmalade and Tangelo Muffins November 16, 2016 Click here to buy the GF Cake & Biscuit Mix for this recipe Prep: 10 mins Cook: 20 mins Directions 1Melt butter. 2Add sugar, eggs , milk, tangelo rind and marmalade and whisk well 3Add dry ingredients and mix well. 4Place in paper-lined muffin tins, filling each almost to the top. 5Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with a little cinnamon and sugar mixed together. 6Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. 7Eat immediately, or freeze for later use. These muffins freeze really well and can be heated in the microwave when required.
