Cheap, taste good, use as is or for Hamburgers.
- Prep: 15 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (use your hands)
2Divide the mix into 10 to 12 lumps and roll each lump in your hands to compact it. Then dip each lump in either rice flour or wheat flour and flatten it between the palms of your hands to make a pattie.
3Fry the patties in a little oil in a heavy-based frying pan until nicely browned each side and cooked through.
4Either use as hamburger patties in buns with salad etc, or as a more traditional meal with potatoes, green beans etc, and fried onions as an accompaniment
