I had a craving for Oaty Pancakes made with Soya milk (Pure Harvest Organic and Lite).
1Mix the flour, baking powder and oats and chia seeds/goji berries in a bowl.
2Lightly beat eggs and milk together. Pour into dry ingredients and combine.
3Cook ½ cups or less of mixture in a hot pan with the ghee. When golden and bubbles appear on the surface flip with a spatula and cook other side.
4Keep warm and serve with Biofarm yogurt, fresh or frozen blueberries and maple syrup. Yumm!
